NFEFI, USLS Conduct Tour for Prep Pupils

Preparatory students of the Green Pasture Baptist School had an educational trip conducted by the Negros Forests and Ecological Foundation Inc.- Biodiversity Conservation Center (NFEFI-BCC) and the Interdisciplinary students of the University of St. La Salle last March 21.

The kids were educated on how to protect the environment as well as the habitat of animals.

The students also had a tour inside the captive breeding site of animals and different species of birds.

NFEFI and IDS students believe that the educational tour helped the students in becoming fully aware on the current status of Philippine forests.

NFEFI-BCC is a non-government organization (NGO) committed to protect, preserve and conserve the environment and to safeguard the sustainable use of the islands’ natural resources.

NFEFI-BCC has been conducting educational tours to organizations, schools and walk-in guests.*
